Year-Round Part Time Jobs:

Clubhouse and Event Servers

  • Looking for friendly and energetic individuals to provide food and beverage services to customers and guests.
  • Able to talk to and carry on a conversation with guest as needed. Have through knowledge of our menu items and beverages, answer questions, take orders, serve meals and beverages and handle payments.
  • Must have valid Smart Serve and Food handler’s certificate
  • Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts including holidays.
  • Ability to greet customers and guests.
  • Perform opening, closing and cleaning duties.
  • Set up and tear down for weddings and events.
  • Ability to lift and carry stock up and down stairs.

 

Dishwasher/Line Cook

  • Food handler’s certificate is required.
  • Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts including holidays.
  • Clean and sometimes clear dishes for restaurant service and banquets.
  • Responsible for keeping work station/stations clean throughout the kitchen.
  • Able to lift heavy objects (50lbs)
  • Food preparations (cutting, assembling, reading recipes etc.)

 

Summer Employment:

Patio/Turn around BBQ Server

  • Looking for friendly and energetic individuals to provide food and beverage services to customers and guests.
  • Must have valid Smart Serve and food handler’s certificate.
  • Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts including holidays.
  • Able to talk to and carry on a conversation with guest as needed. Have through knowledge of our menu items and beverages, answer questions, take orders, serve meals and beverages and handle payments.
  • Ability to operate barbeque and serve hot dogs, sausages, hamburgers, etc. to customers.
  • Able to work shifts that may last longer than 8 hours.
  • Stock condiments and beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
  • Operate and maintain a clean workstation and dining area.
  • Ability to lift and carry stock up and down the stairs.

 

Beverage Cart

  • Looking for friendly and energetic individuals to provide a beverage cart service to our golfers.
  • Must have valid Smart Serve and food handler’s certificate.
  • Likes working outside, in all weather.
  • Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts including holidays.
  • Able to work shifts that may last longer than 8 hours.
  • Stock beverage cart with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as light snacks to serve guests on the course.
  • Responsible for maintaining the beverage cart, checking the tire pressure, oil and gas as well as ensuring that it is washed daily.

Has an understanding of golf and the workings of a golf course

Careers Available:

Front of House Manager/Events Coordinator

Looking for an individual who can be trusted to:

  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries.
  • Book, coordinate and facilitate events based on client needs and availability
  • In vision, design, plan and meet, plan and execute weddings, tournaments and events.
  • Advertising and promote daily specials, upcoming events and information on the business.
  • Meet with clients, management and staff to coordinate events.
  • Coordinate daily specials, in part with the kitchen staff.
  • Schedule servers/bussers for day to day operations and events.
  • Train all serving and bartending staff.
  • Inspect work stations and employee performance throughout the day.
  • Order products when running low.
  • Maintain adequate inventory and stock, coffee, tea, pop, water, sports drinks, beer, wine, liquor, drink mixes, garnishes, cups, straws, after dinner candies, etc.

 

Sous Chef

  • Looking for a fun and energetic person to join our fast pace team. Types of services we offer include, servicing golfers through our turn around BBQ, restaurant service for general public and golfers, operating a food trailer for festivals and larger events, in house and offsite caterings for small and large events including weddings, business meetings, birthdays, etc.
  • Cooking experience is required along with food handler’s certificate. Red seal certification is not mandatory but is an asset. If you’re looking to attain your red seal we offer red seal apprenticeship hours.
  • Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts, including holidays.
  • Able to multi task, proficiently.
  • Must be able to work long hours on your feet if required, and able to lift heavy objects (50lbs)
  • Can be trusted to run a team of cooks or solo, while keeping our highest standard of food service.
